Interbank settlements
The proELIX settlement platform is a dedicated, flexible system for data exchange between systems operated within the bank and external settlement systems. The system ensures the handling of domestic PLN-denominated messages within the ELIXIR, SORBNET3, and Express ELIXIR systems. The proELIX system has a modular structure.
Each module can function as an independent banking application or cooperate with other proELIX components within a unified settlement platform.
Functionalities of individual modules
- ediELIX – handling of orders within the ELIXIR channel at KIR.
- sorbELIX – handling of orders within the SORBNET3 channel at NBP.
- fastELIX – module responsible for handling and exchanging data with the Express ELIXIR System at KIR.
- Auxiliary ledger – module responsible for performing financial and accounting operations
