Workflow Management – functionality supporting the organisation of the publication preparation process. It enables the management of workflows related to content creation and publication and supports collaboration between the teams involved in the process.
Publication Calendar – functionality designed for planning and managing publication schedules. It enables users to plan publications and efficiently publish and withdraw content, providing flexible management of data availability.

Public Portal

An area for presenting and providing access to published content. It enables users to browse publications, interactively analyse data, customise the way information is presented according to their individual needs and preferences, and export selected information to files. It also allows publications or selected elements to be shared, improving the accessibility and usability of the presented data.
